Aldersgate United Methodist Church is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Christian to serve as Student Pastor. The Student Pastor will serve as the key leader of student ministries ! at Aldersgate. While all ministries at Aldersgate function within the framework
of the larger church vision, the Student Pastor will seek to creatively implement that vision in a relevant and effective manner within the Aldersgate Student Ministry (6 th â€" 12 th grades).
Successful candidates for this role will have a genuine love and passion for students, be an excellent communicator, and bring an innovative mindset to leading and problem solving. They will have experience managing teams and building leaders. In addition,
they will embrace working in a setting committed to reaching the unreached, working within a community, and promoting innovation through collaboration.
This is a Full Time position and salary will be determined by experience and education of the applicant.
