About the Opportunity :
The Administrative S pecialist is responsible for communication with current Lead partners, Lead sources, MED Members, and current Managed Care contacts. The payer relations specialist is the first call for Lead issues, Lead placement for ensuring timely placement of Leads. This position also assists the Lead and Director in contract edits, overviews, and other duties as defined by management and is ! also responsible for any other duties and activities that woul! d be deemed integral to the position, but not represented on the Position Description at this time
Essential Job Functions:
- Updates provided to management on opportunities and appropriate flow of processes
- Review and edit contracts as requested
- Timely lead placement with members within contract terms
- All member files to be kept updates and requested items to be documented in sales force
- Go MED Edge development to be documented and updates to be made timely
- DMAC Updates to be sent out weekly and OIG Report updated monthly
- Binder all about MED delivered to new employees and tour of office
- BBA/BS/BA degree or work equivalent with a minimum of 1-2 years of contracts experience, preferably within the medical equipment, or medical product industries.
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Possess excellent analytics, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment with the use of interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong organizational, self -management/time management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of GoToMeeting webinar tool, Microsoft Word®, Outlook®, Excel® and PowerPoint®
