Custodian

Description: Texas Tech University is at present looking to employ Custodian right now, this position will be delegated in Texas. Work is performed under supervision according to established procedures and m! ethods, and is checked frequently and evaluated for the accomplishment of assigned tasks.

Evening shift from 6:00 p.m. â€" 2:00 a.m.-includes a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand simple written and verbal instructions as evidenced by the completion of an elementary school education
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Ability to learn materials, methods, and equipment used in assigned work
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time

This is a Security Sensitive Level II Position: Applications for this position will be subject to a police records check and may be required to be fingerprinted. Applicants will be subject to drug and alcohol testing after a conditional offer of employment has been extended but before emp! loyment can be confirmed.
