Branch Manager
Goodman is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Branch Manager posi! tion. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to main! taining daily business transactions for the branch as well as assets and inventory. Assure that procedures and policies are practiced. Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure that the assigned duties of all personnel are being completed on a daily basis and in a timely manner
Maintain sales â€" review edit, credits, neg inv. , damage inv. and cash recon.
Process purchase orders, research low stock and receive
Process branch payables, audit cash drawers, truck metrics
Cycle count, dead stock report
Review P&L, hold safety meetings, security reports, maintain facility
Train personnel on mincron procedures, wait on customers and mentor the CSR’s, warehouse and drivers.
Qualifications:
General Education with HVAC wholesale experience
! Some college coursework preferred
Exposure to HVAC wholesale industry a plus.
Computer Literate
Management Experience
Knowledge of warehouse/inventory
Management of drivers
P&L understanding
Word, Excel, E-mail, AS 400
Negative results on drug screen
