Kelly Services is now hiring a Test Lab Tehcnician for a local manufacturing company. Position duties include:

• Conduct standard performance, hydrostatic, vibration or spec! ial tests as requried on all types of turbine and submersible pumps
• Work alone or with other technicians in setting up pumps or operation, coupling driver, making discharge and suction pipe, and gauge connections; checking rotation and pumps operation conditions
• Operate power controls and all associated equipment and instrumentation involved in performing the above mentioned tests
• Record all test data making calculations as required
• Duties also involve operating machine tools of various types to remachine component parts, to ensure a complete satisfactory test.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year experience as a test technician
• Knoledge of hydraulics, elementary electricity, mechanics and have a good mechanical aptitude'
• Knowledge of assembly procedures for the disassembly and reassembly of pumps and machining procedures.
