Description: Prosperity Bank is in need of Electronic Banking Clerk (Full-time)-Lubbock/Ave Q right now, this position will be ordered in Texas. The Electronic Banking Department is responsible fo! r all operations associated with Debit Cards, Internet Banking, and ACH (Automated Clearing House) origination and receiving. This Electronic Banking Clerk position has a primary focus on Debit Card operations. Responsibilities include:

All associated debit card maintenance for cardholders.

All related activities/efforts in mitigating Debit Card Fraud.

Process paperwork and track Reg E timeframes on all signature-based debit card disputes.

• Process and balance transaction entries.
• All associated Posting and Reconciliation duties are performed timely and accurately.
• Monitor the Department’s support email box and assist banking centers via telephone support.
• Assist with ACH-related issues, Internet Banking requests, and other Electronic Banking needs.
• Cross-train with other department associates for other various duties as assigned.

Required Experience

Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills

• 1 â€" 2 years of bank operations experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
• General knowledge of compliance and regulations procedures.
