GENERAL SUMMARY:

Job Description

The goal of Frito Lay's internship program is to provide students with the opportunity to leverage their academic understanding in a real-world, business-driven environment. During this internship experience, you will have exposure to leading team of 15 to 30 hourly (ADD FUNCTION: Maintenance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Traffic, or SOPS) associates with varying levels of experience and education. At the end of the summer, our interns report out to the Plant or Region Leadership Team on the key business points learned from the internship experience.

This is an open ended position, with the start and end time being determined by work flow.

Starting salary is $8.91per hour. This position is benefits eligible.

An Operations Clerk position is the first step in a rewarding career in financial services. You'll learn about the world of cash and deposit processing within the financial services industry. This is a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline driven production environment working behind the scenes with little, if any, customer contact. In this role you'll spend 100% of your time working on tasks such as receiving, processing, and verifying deposits. You will also use specialized equipment and fulfill cash and coin orders based on requests received from our branch offices and retail business! customers. This position has strict production metrics that d! etermine acceptable levels of performance and require that all cash must be accounted for on the day it is received. There are also strict deadlines requiring flexibility of schedule, as this is an open-ended position with the start and end time being determined by work flow. The best Operations Clerks demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge. They have the desire and motivation to constantly improve their ability to perform each function quickly and accurately. While the dress code is casual, the Operations Clerks work in an extremely secure facility under constant video surveillance.

Basic Qualifications

6+ months experience with meeting deadlines and attention to detail or quality.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong 10-key skills.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. throughout shift.

Accuracy with strong attention to detail and focus on quality.

! Ability to meet high production and quality standards.

Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements.

Ability to move throughout all areas of the store; sales floor, receiving, register areas, lawn and garden, including the outside perimeter of the store. Meet physical qualifications for CDL or non-commercial driver's license as appropriate. Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions. Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. Appropriate Driver's License Required.
