Control Consultants & Services is a factory representative for Automated Logic Corporation and serves the Texas Panhandle including Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland/Od! essa, Abilene and San Angelo.

Requirements
5 Yrs Experience in sales of BAS/DDC/EMCS or HVAC controls a plus.
Knowledgeable in DDC control theory applications pertaining to the HVAC industry.
Experience with Automated Logic product line -preferred
Successful achievement of pre-defined annual sales and marketing goals and objectives.
Must be willing to travel within ! a predefined territory and with occasional overnight trips.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and work from a ladder.
Description
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and growing a customer base and achieve growth projections in the West Texas territory.
Primary emphasis for this position is to acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional customers, develop relationships with architects/engineers and contractors while maintaining favorable relationships with specific existing customers.
This person will develop and qualify new contracts for projects, make sales presentations, quote and bid projects as well as negotiate contracts for projects.
Develop and implement a plan to take advantage of all sales opportunities throughout a wide open geographic territory.
Has a good understanding of business fundamentals and can articulate technical solutions in business terms to high level buying influences in customersâ organizations.
Develop key customer! account plans to facilitate and support customerâs strategic goals and objectives. Works within a team to deliver total customer satisfaction.
Prepares sales activity and forecasting reports.
Conducts scheduled QA visits with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Keeps current on company and competitive products.
