Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program a! s well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions

Work with Supervisor to learn duties (payroll, graduate scholarships, hiring process, year-end carry forward and all other duties performed by the Supervisor position).

Occasional Duties

Will also cross train for other staff positions which will include travel, procurement and procurement card reconciliation, graduate admissions, duites of receptionist, building keys, book ordering for classes. Cross-train for supervisory duties that are performed in the Psychology Clinic.

Qualifications

High school graduation plus five (5) years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for required experience on a year for year basis.

Prefer bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related work experience.
