We schedule screenings, manufacture supplies, ship equipment, screen groups and individuals, conduct all laboratory testing and manage the process from end-to-end. We are currently looking for examiners in all areas to be on call for screenings. Part-time Opportunities Available!Phlebotomist Duties/Responsibilities include: Perform mobile paramedical exams, complete specimen (i.e. blood, urine, etc.) collection / handling, Obtain vitals, height, weight, pulse, etc. Record health history and may complete ECG tracings Use web! site daily to check for cases, update status of exams, enter s! chedule, etc.
To qualify for a Portamedic Phlebotomist you must have: Current licensure, certification or medical training (e.g., RN, LPN, MedTech, Medical Assistant and Paramedics) as required by your state for completion of phlebotomy services MUST HAVE one year of current Phlebotomy experience and completed a minimum of 100 draws Able to take manual blood pressures Knowledge of medical terms and conditions A valid driver's license and your own transportation In home fax machine and computer with high speed internet Position requires excellent communication, organizational and technical skills; strong computer skills; the interpersonal talent to interface extensively with clients, management, and office staff; as well as a high level of courtesy, tact, and professionalism
