Description

If chosen for this position, I promise to Greet, Sell and Serve each guest to the best of my ability at all times.

TOMS Clerk first and foremost is res! ponsible for guest relations and satisfaction. He/She is responsible for cash control, fuel, stocking and cleanliness of TOMS.

When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest.

Responsible for greeting all guests upon their arrival.

Follows daily work schedule as assigned by management.

Follows dress code in accordance with team member handbook and video training film.

Follows attendance and tardiness guidelines in accordance with team member handbook and video training film.

Must have working knowledge of POS system, intercom and fuel dispensers.

Maintain cleanliness of the facility and proper inventory levels.

Be able to multi-task and be alert at all times.

Maintain dispensers with paper, keep driveways clean and free of spills, and maintain squeegees and windshield washer tubs.

Must have stron! g guest service skills and be self-motivated.

Perform! any other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, but efficient and controlled manner.

Ability to perform all physical aspects of the job including but not limited to standing, lifting, bending, squatting, climbing and walking.

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Team member must also be able to multi-task: handling cash, preventing drive-offs and maintaining a clean working environment.

Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude.

Ability to function as a team member and get along with others.
