$40k -$50K Negotiable salary depends upon applicable experience

Rapidl! y expanding self-storage group is seeking Project Manager/Superintendent to handle day to day operations of projects in the Lubbock/Amarillo/Midland area. Individual must be able to manage multiple projects at one time while keeping projects in schedule, provide references and project experience descriptions.

DESCRIPTION:

• Manage jobs using tool given (budget & Schedule)
• Keep a clean and organized work environment
• Push contractors to stay on schedule
• Pick up material if need to keep a job rolling
• Ensure that we have movement on every project everyday
• Be proactive in deciding course of work
• Attention to detail and eye for quality (run it like you own it)
• Ensure that homes are move in ready at completion of job
• Manage the project budget and commitments
• Work with city inspectors to pull permits and call for inspections

MUST MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS:

5 - 7 years of construction management experience as a! bove

Experience in construction cost accounting controls

CAD system knowledge preferred

Highly organized self-starter, with proven ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
