Full Time Guide: Dillard's South Palins (Lubbock, TX)

Job Discription:
Responsible for sales generation and exceptional customer service.

Major Responsibilities:

• Track retail sales against goal using the system provided.
• Ensure highest levels of customer ! service which will result in increased productivity.
• ! Demonstrate products on customers.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of cost effective events to generate additional sales.
• Utilize and maintain customer database for phone calls, product launches, events and appointments.
• Present a positive attitude toward the Company, product and staff.
• Present a professional appearance and maintain Origins Dress Code.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and staff members.
• Attend training, education and meetings as required.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of the store.
• Assist in the preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory as requested.
• Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines.
• Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, lighting and props.
• Solicit and communicate product feedback from staff and customers to tea! m leader,
• Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized manner.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Some retail experience a plus
• Cosmetic experience perferred
• Excellent customer service, communication and organization skills *Ability to manage time well
• Enthusiastic/Team player
• Must be flexible regarding work hours and able to work evenings and weekends.
