PART I - General Job / Performance Information

Education and Experience Minimum of a high school diploma.Experience with computerized applications, including word processi! ng and spreadsheet applications required.

Environmental / Working Conditions This position is subject to normal inside conditions (i.e., protected from weather conditions, not necessarily from temperature changes).

Interaction with Other Departments and Other Relationships Interacts on a daily basis with department heads and their employees. As directed, provides both written and verbal reports to both middle and upper management staff.

Job Description This individual will maintain the office supply contract and drive compliance with Premier contracted items. Will maintain and drive compliance with the toner contract. Will work with hospital personnel and vendors to remedy price discrepancies and backorder situations.

Required Licensures / Certifications / Registrations None

Physical Capabilities Visual acuity required continuously. Auditory acuity required continuously. Ability to speak is required frequently. Sitting, walking, ! and standing are frequent, and bending and carrying are occasi! onal. Lifting/carrying requirements are light to medium.
