Operating a Personal or Company-provided Vehicle: In the event the associate drives a personal or Company-provided vehicle for! business purposes, the associate is required to maintain a valid state! -issued driver’s license and the minimum auto insurance coverage specified by the associate’s state of residence.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Associates are required to submit to a standard background check and drug screening as required when designated by the client.

Assist in the production of book fairs, by packing metal cases, boxes, and displays with book and non-book product, according to corporate process and procedure and meeting productivity and quality standards.

Demonstrate proficiency in packing all components and sub-components for all cases, boxes, and displays.

3.

Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy or quality standards for the work performed.

4.

Ensure condition of all outbound cases, boxes, and displays are clean, safe, and in good condition.

5.

Assist in the processing of returned book fairs, by unpacking metal cases, boxes, and displays with book and non-book product, according to corporate process and procedure and meeting productivity and quality standards.

6.

Monitor inventory levels on applicable component product lines to ensure book fairs can be properl! y packed.

7.

Learn and demonstrate basic scanner prof! iciency, i.e. item inquiries and requesting replenishment of Pick locations.

8.

Assist in the picking and packing of customer reorders

9.

Ensure that your work area is neat, clean, safe, and organized at all times.

10.

Individually, and in partnership with other co-workers, perform seasonal inventory production-line resets.

Learn and demonstrate proficiency in all Fair Finishing and Assembly functions, including the Quality Assurance scanning functions.

Participate and assist in Physical Inventory functions, including the counting of inventory.

Participate and assist in conducting Customer Appreciation Warehouse Sale Events.

14.

Responsible for the careful handling of all merchandise at all times.

15.

Ensure that all warehouse equipment and tools are properly utilized to increase productivity, efficiency, and safety; rep! ort any unsafe conditions, damaged equipment or injury (to self or co-worker) to your supervisor or manager immediately.

16.

Utilize proper techniques for lifting, packing, and handling heavy objects, climbing ladders and pushing/pulling display cases.

17.

Accurately and timely complete Labor Data Collection Cards to according to company standards.

18.

Maintain attendance and punctuality as required by assigned work schedule and within company standards.

Maintain a courteous and positive relationship with all co-workers and customers.

The Medical Records Clerk works under the supervision of the Quality Assurance (QA) Director. Performs other clerical duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:
Prepares and processes documents to meet the retention schedule for the facility.40% Files and maintains Master Records in order to maintain information in an organized manner prior to archiving.40% Reviews and responds to requests for Medical Records of individuals to insure that confidentiality is maintained and records are released only with appropria! te consent/authorization. 15%Performs clerical duties, as need! ed, to support the QA division. Tasks include, but are not limited to: mail pick-up and delivery, copying and distributing injury reports, back up to QA secretary. 5% Other duties as assigned include but are not limited to actively participating and/or serving in a supporting role to meet the agency’s obligations for disaster response and/or recovery or Continuity of Operations (COOP) activation. Such participation may require an alternate shift pattern assignment and/or location.

Skill in use of personal computers and software application in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc). Abililty to maintain filing systems.

Maintain transportation files to include driver accidents and DOT files.
Perform back-up responsibilities as needed to include: routing, dispatching, duties of delivery associate, processing payroll, etc.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and monitor hours worked to ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, HACCP, and other applicable regulations are met.
Provide appropriate training, retraining and corrective action to prevent injuries and accidents.
Perform administrative duties, such as completing reports, maintaining transportation records, and filing reports.

Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
2 years transportation / delivery experi! ence
2 years supervisory experience
Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets Company insurability standards (including: no single DUI in the last 3 years and no multiple DUIs within the last 7 years)
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Possession of, or ability to obtain, the following certifications: Double and Triple Trailer; Hazardous Cargo

Bachelor's degree preferred
1 year supervisory experience in transportation environment

Description: Community Health Center of Lubbock is currently interviewing Site Manager right now, this occupation will be dwelled in Texas.
