Serves as expert on web and computer technology for Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, Human Resources department. Provides progra! mming skills and analysis on databases and reporting, website construction and software and hardware consultation and instruction. Acts as Lead of HRIS Business Intelligence. Manages HR website and HR links on Luminis portal. Provides technical hardware and software PC support to HR staff. Provides programming support for special projects as assigned.
- Computer Science-Related Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) years full-time paid experience, or combination of related education and experience to equal six (6) years required.
- Knowledge of: Active Server pages, .Net development tools, reporting tools (COGNOS), HTML, JavaScript; VBScript, XML, SQL server, Databases, ERP systems (Banner) strongly preferred
- Ability to develop and communicate technical concepts and technological advancements within a functional, highly customer service oriented business environment strongly preferred.
