We are currently seaking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our team of professionals in Lubbock, TX.
Job Description:
The Leasing Manager is responsible for understanding and dev! eloping a marketing plan capable of communicating the brand of the Apartment Complex, generating new business (new and renewal leases) and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Leasing Manager's primary responsibility is to professionally represent our Company to the community and to all potential and current residents. The Leasing Manager candidate will have a proven track record of outstanding sales, customer service and attention to detail.
Job Details:
Create, budget and organize marketing plans and resident retention functions
Identify, interview and hire team of agents and community advisors
Greet and converse with prospects in accordance with our customer service standards
You must understand and comply with Fair Housing Laws
Market property amenities to all prospective residents
Participate in community outreach activities to create brand awareness of the apartment community in the marketplace
Develop creative ! marketing strategies to generate qualified traffic
Exhibit! the benefits and features of our apartment homes by going on guided sales tours of the community
Professionally answer all incoming phone calls
Efficient follow-up with potential residents who have left voice messages
Understand all amenities at the property
Responsible for ensuring the model apartment home(s) in the property is consistently maintained in outstanding condition
Lead and prospect follow ups and management
Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance at all times
Update print and online advertisements, on systems such as craigslist.org
Responsible for ?shopping? competitive properties
Understand the local market conditions
Understand apartment terminology, community policies rules and regulation
Courteously and professionally handle resident service requests, questions and concerns
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma, or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in a s! ales, retail, hospitality or multifamily industry role
Sales and customer service experience
Abilities and Skills:
Highly motivated
Strong customer focus
Excellent communication skills
Ability to use web-based software
Highly proficient in professional phone sales techniques
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is commensurate with experience
