We are seeking a Community Assistant, whose responsibilities include but is not limited to, presenting a high level of services to our residents, while providing an environment conducive to academic and personal success. This is achieved by maintaining safety and standards for the property, developing a sense of community, being a team player and adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you should have:
An a! cademic degree or certification program in progress from a loc! al college or university
The ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures, use basic math skills and effectively communicate, verbally and written, with residents and guests
Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft office products and internet usage

Community/Resident Assistants take an active role in maintaining 100% occupancy at the property through outstanding customer service and effective leasing techniques. Please describe your experience in sales and customer relations.
C. PROGRAMMING
Community/Resident Assistants actively participate in developing and implementing community programs and events. These include social, recreational, cultural and educational activities. Please indicate below six specific programs you would organize and implement if you were selected as a community/resident assistant. Please include in your list how the program would contribute to the development of a healthy community.
