Sales Representative

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Description: Universal Lubricants is currently interviewing Sales Representative right now, this vacancy will be assigned in Texas. Universal Lubricants is looking for a dedicated, full-time, Heavy Duty Sales Representative for our Midland-Odessa, Texas Territory. This territory includes: Lubbock, Hobbs, Fort Stockton, and San Angelo. !

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of outside sales experience in the oil industry and/or in heavy duty machinery lubricants.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a sales team that promotes premium products and services backed by one of the most respected lubricant manufactures and environmental services companies in the Midwest.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify prospects
• Create and present effective presentations to prospective customers
• Maintain customer relationships
• Document and track progress
• Present progress reports to management
• Develop strategies and plans to expand our business
• Provide leadership and instruction to other salespeople

Education and Experience :

• Minimum 2 years verifiable, successful lubricant sales experience and automotive and heavy duty experience.
• Exceptional written and verb! al communication skills
• Reliable transportation

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work in a semi-independent environment
• Strong technical knowledge within the Heavy duty lubricant industry
• Proven ability to take new products and/or services to market
