Job Summary:
Provides prescribed nursing care services to ill, injured, convalescent and disabled persons in a home setting functioning independently without on-site supervision. Oversee the clinical and social work activity surrounding the care of the patient and family.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program
Experience:
One (1) year experience in nursing
Training:
Appropriate competency ass! essments completed.
License/Certification:

- Current Texas RN license
- Driver's license and current automobile liability insurance.
