Potential candidate must be comfortable of wearing multiple hats, enjoys a fast paced environment. Answer incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional manner Provide ge! neral assistance and support to the needs of the company Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications Maintain office upkeep and supplies Assist with special projects as needed · Pickup and deliver items to/from clients according to pre-determined schedules or on an on-demand basis. Deliv eries can be faxes, documents, packages, and/or boxes.
- Maintain logs and records on all items for pickup/delivery as required.
- Customer Service oriented, very friendly, enjoys helping other employees and accustomed to working within a fast paced company
Previous administrative experience Strong interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Excellent problem solving skills Must be a team player who is self-motivated and a dependable hard-worker Strong computer skills including MS Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel · Must be able to pass back! ground check and drug test
