Description
If chosen for this position, I promise to Greet, Sell and Serve each guest to the best of my ability at all times.
Team member first and foremost is responsible for gue! st satisfaction. He/She will perform all floral duties, including process of orders and floral design. Provide exceptional guest service for all guests. Execute floral procedures as outlined by company and floral manager.
When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest.
Greet and talk politely with every guest as guest contact dictates; this includes on grocery aisles, in parking lot, etc.
Follow daily work schedule as assigned by management.
Follow dress code in accordance with team member handbook and all required health codes.
Follow attendance tardiness guidelines in accordance with team member handbook.
Perform floral duties in accordance with company guidelines.
Perform any other related duties as requested or required by management in accordance with company guidelines.
Qualifications
Working knowl! edge of plants and flowers.
Ability to work in varied! temperatures.
Ability to work in fast-paced, but efficient and controlled manner.
Ability to perform all physical aspects of the floral duties including but not limited to standing, bending, lifting, climbing, squatting and walking.
Ability to read, write and complete company forms for sales reporting.
Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude.
Ability to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers.
Visual acuity sufficient to read product labels, coupons, and prices.
Independent mobility within the department - standing and walking for 8-10 hours.
Strength to lift, push, or pull objects weighing 25 pounds.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays.
