About the Opportunity Texas Specialty Hospital at Lubbock is a 37 bed Long Term Acute care hospital which includes a 4 bed critical care unit. We provide ventilator management and w! eaning, complex wound care, telemetry, PT, OT, and speech therapy plus much more. The CNA performs various direct patient care activities while under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs clinical procedures in accordance with level of training and facility guidelines. Qualifications Requires a high school diploma and certification from an accredited nursing assistant program. Previous nursing assistant experience preferred but not required. Must be hard working, friendly and professional. Must support and participate in the teamwork approach. Flexible scheduling available. Candidate must also have reliable source of transportation.
