Post by Jobing - Job: Primary Location: Lubbockâ€"303 Ave M (RC Taylor) Organization: Schedule: Fullâ€"Time RC Taylor Warehouse team members are responsible fo! r stocking, rotating and pulling orders. * When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest * Follows daily work schedule as assigned by management * Stocking, rotating and pulling orders * Performs other duties as requested or required by management * To assist my coâ€"workers and help out in other areas as needed * Maintain a clean and safe work environment Must be able to work select shifts â€"Either 8%5C: 00am â€" 12%5C: 00pm or 12%5C: 00pm â€" 5%5C: 00pm * Understand and speak English * Ability to work in fastâ€"paced, but efficient and controlled manner * Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis * Ability to stand for long periods of time (8 hours daily) * Ability to bend, squat and reach overhead with no difficulty * Ability to add, subtract and divide * Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude * Be able to pe! rform all physical aspects of the position, such as bending, s! tanding, squatting, climbing, pulling, pushing and walking. * Ability to function as a team member and get along with others * Maintain acceptable attendance as outlined in company policy
