Description: BELMONT ENTERPRISES, INC. is currently interviewing Manufacturer's Representative right now, this career will be dwelled in Texas. For detail informations about this career opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Sales position for established Manufacturer's Representative Agency covering West Texas & New Mexico territory. Products include Industrial, Safety, and Hardware supplies. Home off! ice in Houston, but territory sales personnel work from home. Travel within territory expected. Travel outside of territory is required as needed to attend trade shows, training, sales meetings, etc. Employee to provide own vehicle and employment is subject to driving history and background check. Wages are paid as a monthly draw plus quarterly commission bonus. Specific compensation packages are negotiated individually, but all employees receive full health and dental coverage paid 100%. Coverage for dependents is available, but paid for by employee. Retirement is funded yearly as profit sharing paid into an SEP plan. Allowances are also given to help offset mobile phone and iPad expenses, which are mandatory tools that each salesman must have.
This position has little direct supervision, so requires a person who is self-motivated and willing to travel as needed to do the job. Experience in Industrial sales is a plus.
Belmont Enterprises, Inc. has been in! business since 1971 and has 25 employees with outsides sales ! personnel covering Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, New Mexico, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, & Missouri. Turnover is low and our current West Texas salesman is retiring at the end of the year, so we would like to employ someone available to start by before the end of 2013 in order to smoothly transition.
